One Rep Max

A "One Rep Max" is a calculation of what the maximum weight a person can lift in a single repetition. Meaning that it's the most weight you can possibly lift, and once you lift it, your body will be too exhausted to lift it again. This chart uses the McGlothin formula. It is somewhat controversial which formula is ideal, so I just used the formula that was easiest to understand and write as code.
